How long does dry cleaning take?+
Most garments are returned within 48 to 72 hours. Delicate and speciality items may take longer, and we always confirm timelines at pickup.
Do you offer express service?+
Yes. Express delivery is available at an additional 50% to 100% over the standard tariff, depending on the turnaround you need.
What is hydrocarbon dry cleaning?+
A gentler dry cleaning process that cleans with exceptional control while helping preserve the softness, colour depth and structure of fine fabrics. It is a more considered alternative to conventional solvent-based cleaning.
Do you clean shoes, sneakers and designer bags?+
Yes. Our Bieffe Italia shoe and bag spa cleans and restores sneakers, formal shoes, suede, handbags, wallets and leather accessories.
Can you clean bridal lehengas and silk sarees?+
Yes. Bridal and occasion wear is inspected individually and cleaned according to its fabric and embellishments.
Do you clean curtains, carpets and rugs?+
Yes. We collect curtains, carpets, rugs, quilts and other home textiles, clean them at our facility, and deliver them back.
What if my item needs special care?+
Every item is inspected on arrival and treated according to its fabric and construction. Our specialists contact you before proceeding with any delicate or unusual piece.
Can you guarantee every stain will come out?+
Every reasonable effort is made to remove stains, but complete removal cannot be guaranteed, particularly for old, oxidised, chemically treated or permanent stains.
What if I'm not happy with the result?+
If there is a processing quality issue, we provide one complimentary re-processing wherever technically feasible. Please inspect items at delivery and tell us straight away.
